Cleaning service programs can be customized -but not limited to​

• Daytime or Nighttime schedules; however, most cleaning services are performed in the evening after office hours or anytime on weekends.

• No-term, Short-term or Long-term contract periods.

• Cleaning Products. Clayton Cleaning offers the highest quality commercial cleaning products. Green and All Natural products can be utilized.

• Clayton Cleaning will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies with the exception of hand soaps, all paper products and trash bags which will be supplied by the client unless specified otherwise.
   

Our Basic Cleaning Service Program includes [but not limited to]

• Emptying all trash receptacles and removing trash to a collection point

• Vacuuming and mopping all common walkways that includes under desks, behind doors, entrance foyer, stairways, hallways and elevators

• Dusting all furniture, fixtures, pictures on walls, baseboards, windowsills, door frames, vents and blinds

• Disinfecting switch plates, doorknobs, keyboards, and phones

• Disinfecting drinking fountains

• Polishing all stainless steel appliances that includes drinking fountains and refrigerators

• Cleaning glass surfaces that includes entrance door

• Kitchen cleaning that consist of mopping tile flooring with a germicidal disinfectant, cleaning outside of refrigerator, in/outside of microwave, counter tops, sinks, and appliances. Upon request Clayton Cleaning will clean the inside of refrigerator.

• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting that consists of mopping floors with a germicidal disinfectant, cleaning commodes, sinks, mirrors, walls and partitions and fill toilet tissue, soap and towel dispensers.
